At Marblux, we’re excited to deliver snore-free nights straight to your door—shipping is always FREE!

Order Processing Times

We move fast, but not too fast. Please allow us 1-3 business days to prep and ship your order. Once it’s with our trusty carrier, it’s officially on its way! During holidays or busy times, we may need up to 7 business days to get everything sorted, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Estimated Shipping Times

How long will it take? That depends on where you live! Check out our estimated shipping times:

Heads up: Shipping delays might pop up during the holidays, or customs might take their sweet time with international orders. But don’t worry—we’re always here to help if things take longer than expected.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Want your order on time and at the right place? Double-check your shipping info when you check out! If you realize you made a mistake, email us at hello@getmarblux.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to fix it.

If we spot an issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back, we may have to cancel your order (and that makes us sad).

Delayed Delivery

Sometimes life (and shipping) throws us curveballs—bad weather, customs, or carrier hiccups can slow things down. We’ll do everything we can to keep your order on track, but just so you know: we’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

If something comes up, we’ll keep you in the loop. You’ll still get your snore-free solution—it just might take a bit longer to arrive.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost packages? Stolen dreams of quiet sleep? Don’t panic—we’re here to help.

  1. Shoot us an email at hello@getmarblux.com with your order details.
  2. Reach out to the courier to file a claim (most carriers have a process for this).
  3. We’ll work alongside you and the courier to sort it out.

While Marblux isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything possible to help. If the package can’t be located, we might even offer a replacement depending on the situation.
