Marblux Refund Policy

At Marblux, we are dedicated to helping you enjoy restful, snore-free nights. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within the 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@getmarblux.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the results our products deliver, but we want you to feel the same. We encourage you to use your Marblux Mouthpiece for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you’re still not happy, you can return it within 60 days for a refund.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@getmarblux.com. To make the process faster, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the order.

Damaged Items

We take care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged (e.g., defective or broken), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@getmarblux.com. Include a clear photo of the damage to determine eligibility for a free replacement.

Please note:

  • Damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.
  • We do not replace, refund, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues beyond our control. If you encounter shipping problems, please contact the courier directly. Marblux is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, after this window, we cannot offer resends or refunds for incorrect addresses.
